How it works

Quoting is usually the slowest part of winning work. Quotador shortens the gap between an enquiry landing and a professional quotation reaching the customer.

  1. 01

    Capture the enquiry

Enquiries arrive from your website form, inbox or phone notes and land in one place with the details already sorted.

  2. 02

    Build the quotation

Pick a template for the job, pull items from your price list, adjust quantities and watch the margin as you go.

  3. 03

    Send it branded

One click produces a branded PDF with your terms, then sends it with a short covering message you can edit.

  4. 04

    Follow up and win

Reminders go out on schedule, you see when the quote was opened, and acceptance is a single button for the customer.

Features

Everything needed to produce a quotation you would be happy to put your name on, and to keep track of it once it has gone out.

Template library

Build once, reuse forever. Templates hold your standard items, wording and terms per type of job.

Price lists and cost tracking

Keep supplier costs alongside sell prices so every line shows what it earns.

Brand control

Logo, colours, typography and cover notes applied consistently to every document you send.

Follow up sequences

Set the cadence once and let reminders handle the chasing you never get round to.

Win rate reporting

See which quote types, values and industries convert, and where quotes stall.

Version history

Every revision is kept, so you always know which numbers the customer actually saw.

Industries

The same quoting engine, shaped around how different businesses actually price work.

Quotes written between jobs

Price a job from the van, pull in your standard labour and material rates, and send a tidy quotation before you reach the next call. Site photos attach straight to the line they relate to.

  • A five person design agency is rewriting the same proposal scope for the fourth time this month.
  • A machine shop is quoting the same bracket at three different quantities for one purchasing team.
  • A grounds maintenance firm needs one document showing a clear up cost plus a monthly contract.

About the name

Quotador

Quotador is a coined name built around the English word quote, given a Romance sounding ending. The -ador suffix does the same work in Spanish and Portuguese as -or does in English: it turns an action into the one who performs it.

So the name reads as the quoter — a person or a system whose job is preparing quotations. It is short, easy to say in several languages, and it explains the product before a single feature is described.

  • Quote

The English root, understood immediately by the businesses that quote every week.

  • -ador

A Romance agent suffix, as in operador or fundador: the one who does it.

  • Says the job

Three syllables that describe the product without needing a tagline.

  • Travels well

Pronounceable across English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian markets.
